In a large saucepan, add oil over medium high heat. When hot, add pork, chicken and salami. Stir fry until chicken is browned, about 4 minutes. Add chicken broth, onion and potatoes, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until meat is done throughout and the potatoes are just tender. Meanwhile, peel, core and dice apple. Add to stew with lima beans, garlic powder, celery salt and cumin. Salt and pepper to taste and continue simmering, uncovered, until apples are soft, stirring often. Remove from heat to serve immediately.
