- 4 cup(s) pomegranate juice
- 1 bag (12-16 oz) fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 1/4 cup(s) lemon or lime juice
Cranberry-Pomegranate Molasses Directions
- In a large, uncovered saucepan, heat pomegranate juice, cranberries, sugar, and lemon juice on medium until the sugar has dissolved and the juice is gently boiling over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until it has a syrupy texture and reduced by at least half.
